Conceived through the creative influences of Executive Chef and Founder, Chef Schilo van Coevorden, our exclusive menu for Dubai Restaurant Week is a three-course culinary adventure where each course tells a story of Taiko flavors. Starting from AED 250, indulge in a variety of contemporary Japanese dishes from the far east to the middle east. Choose from Taiko signature starters, like Edamame Hummus served with wasabi falafel, wagyu gyoza with fresh coriander cress, and Daikon Salad topped with a drizzle of wild ginger dressing.
As you continue into the second course, delight in your choice of Sushi platter featuring Nigiri tuna, Wagyu, and a Dragon Roll, or grilled lamb loin with miso straight from the robata, or Nasu eggplant dashi with spring onion and sesame. For the final chapter of your dining experience, savor one of Taiko’s classic desserts – Tokyo Banana with black sesame ice cream and caramel sauce, or Mango Koi served with fresh mango sorbet.
