Originated in 19th Century Russian Empire, ‘Medovik’ – Honey Cake is crafted with alternating layers of honey-flavoured sponge cake and light sour cream. Our version is infused with vanilla bean and each individual layer is carefully assembled to create a harmony of unique flavour and smooth textures finished with a crispy hazelnut Valrhona Dulcey chocolate base.
