At the heart of this celebration is The Floral Saffron, a handcrafted croissant inspired by the Crocus sativus flower. With a golden two-toned crust, a pistachio sponge centre, and silky saffron crème brûlée, this signature creation brings together the warmth of local flavors and the finesse of French pâtisserie.
