On Sunday, 5 April, from 12:30pm to 4pm, guests are invited to gather over a traditional Sunday roast experience featuring a selection of familiar favorites. The menu includes local organic chicken with herb stuffing, organic spring lamb, roast prime ribeye of heritage Angus beef, and a vegetarian roast, accompanied by classic sides and finishing with a selection of desserts.

The afternoon is designed as a shared family occasion, including Easter-themed creative activities available for children, offering younger guests the opportunity to decorate and take home their own seasonal creations.
