Thursday and Friday have a habit of calling for something better than whatever is waiting in the fridge.

With A Cut Above The Nine, choose from premium charcoal-grilled steaks, including ethically raised Australian Wagyu 9+, pasture-grazed Canadian Angus, and Irish dry-aged porterhouse. Each cut arrives straight from the grill with crisp, golden chips and sauces such as Béarnaise, green peppercorn, or chimichurri.
