The theatre unfolds with classic French cuisine like Steak Tartare, prepared tableside with hand-cut Angus beef and traditional condiments, a signature of French flair and precision. Ring for fresh oysters throughout brunch and savor the ocean’s finest from our show kitchen to your table all afternoon.

Delight in exquisite mains crafted with savoir-faire: the Filet de Boeuf Rossini, pan-seared Black Angus tenderloin crowned with foie gras and spinach purée, or the Roulade de Sole au Caviar, a delicate roulade of sole complemented by sunchoke and a silky caviar beurre blanc.

Round off your Brunch à La Française with a touch of  sweetness with Crêpes Suzette, flambéed tableside in a fragrant blend of orange and Grand Marnier or indulge in the comforting warmth of our Tarte Tatin, where caramelised apples meet golden, buttery pastry, a finale made for sharing with loved ones. Joining with your family?
