This Valentine’s Day, celebrate love with an elegant five-course dinner at Brasserie Boulud, thoughtfully curated for an evening of refined French flavors and shared moments.

The journey begins with Rose de Langoustines, followed by a comforting main of Bœuf en Croûte, featuring Angus beef tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry with foie gras and black winter truffle. The experience concludes with Mon Amour, a romantic dessert of strawberry compote, pink pepper, vanilla Chantilly, and crunchy Speculoos.
