From September 1 to November 26, 2026, Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk invites guests to discover a bespoke in-room experience where pastry craftsmanship and exceptional coffee meet.

Available from September 1st to November 26th, 2026, the limited-edition Croissant and Coffee Pairing Menu reimagines one of France’s most cherished pairings. Delivered through the curated “Please Disturb” experience, this elevated in-room dining ritual is designed to delight the senses and awaken moments of discovery.

Bringing together two global icons united by a passion for craftsmanship, creativity and the elevation of everyday rituals, the collaboration offers a fresh expression of Sofitel’s French Zest. Nespresso’s coffee expertise meets the creativity and savoir-faire of La Haute Croissanterie’s chefs to magnify le café-croissant – a quiet daily indulgence at the heart of French art de vivre – and transform it into a true gastronomic experience.
Available on demand throughout the day, the menu invites guests to rediscover this familiar ritual in the privacy of their own room – from a slow morning in bed to an afternoon pause or a final indulgence before the day draws to a close.

Beyond the menu: an in-room croissant and coffee pairing ritual

At Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, guests will discover the La Haute Croissanterie x Nespresso menu within the in-room dining menu and using the campaign door hanger “Please Disturb”, inviting them to choose from three signature pairings. Each brings together a freshly baked La Haute Croissanterie croissant and a Nespresso coffee recipe, thoughtfully created to enhance the pastry’s aromas, textures and flavors.

More than a menu, the experience is a ceremony. Ordered via in-room dining, each pairing is delivered directly to the guest room or suite with co-branded menu, Nespresso glassware, and Sofitel  heartfelt hospitality with French zest. At the final moment, the ritual comes alive through a theatrical finishing gesture performed in-room – from a brûléed sugar finish with an aromatic almond mist, to a generous dusting of dark chocolate and Sichuan pepper – adding a sense of craft, surprise and sensory discovery.

Le Brulé: Early Check-In

Cappuccino Mousse brûlée & Crispy Honey Cream Croissant

This pairing celebrates a refined dialogue between almond, the common thread in both creations, and the delicate notes of orange, a harmonious interplay of orange blossom and fresh zest. The decaffeinated  cappuccino’s burnt finish enhances the honeyed accents and golden layers of the croissant, while the lightness of the foam contrasts elegantly with its crisp texture. A gourmet and sophisticated combination, inspired by the world of French pastry.

L’Epicé: Suite Upgrade

Spicy Chocolate Coffee & Coffee-Choco exotic Croissant

This pairing celebrates the timeless alliance of coffee and dark chocolate, reimagined with a vibrant tropical twist. The croissant’s silky coffee-chocolate ganache perfectly echoes the intense espresso aromas of the cup, building a rich, velvety foundation. While the coffee is crafted with oat milk for an elevated, smooth flavor, the lively acidity of passion fruit brings a refreshing contrast to lift the palate, beautifully complemented by a delicate spark of Sichuan pepper for added depth and a lingering aromatic finish.

Le Tonique: Late Check-Out

Iced Orange Espresso Tonic & Paris-Brest Croissant

Built around the vibrant combination of hazelnut and citrus, this pairing delivers a refreshing yet indulgent tasting experience. The smooth hazelnut praline diplomat cream and roasted hazelnuts of the croissant naturally complement the acidity and bitterness of the iced coffee, creating a rich and harmonious aromatic bridge. The sparkling bitterness of tonic water balances the richness of the pastry, while the delicate floral notes of orange blossom water echo the fresh orange zest, bringing brightness and elegance to the finish.

The launch forms part of Sofitel’s global limited-edition La Haute Croissanterie x Nespresso collaboration, available at 20 selected Sofitel properties worldwide from September 1 to November 26, 2026. Through the “Please Disturb” experience, two global icons bring together Sofitel’s hospitality excellence and pastry savoir-faire with Nespresso’s coffee mastery, inviting guests to rediscover le café-croissant through a new lens of French art de vivre, sensory discovery and modern luxury.

About La Haute Croissanterie
